Elohim Housing Solutions provides safe, structured sober-living homes for individuals transitioning out of detox, residential treatment, outpatient programs, or early recovery. Our homes offer accountability, peer support, and daily structure, all designed to help residents build long-term sobriety.
Located in comfortable, quiet neighborhoods in Tracy, California, our homes are fully furnished and designed to feel welcoming from day one. We focus on creating a supportive community where residents are respected, encouraged, and guided as they rebuild their lives.

Our residents have the right to privacy, dignity, and a safe living environment. All personal information is kept confidential. If you have concerns, our grievance process ensures your voice is heard and addressed promptly.
Who We Serve
Elohim Housing Solutions serves adult men seeking a structured and supportive living environment, including individuals referred from Behavioral Health programs, re entry and probation linked services, treatment and outpatient programs, and community based nonprofit organizations. All placements are subject to eligibility screening and program guidelines.
Referrals & Placements
Elohim Housing Solutions accepts program referred placements from county systems, nonprofit organizations, treatment providers, and justice involved service partners. We are not seeking direct HUD funding. Our program operates through paid placements coordinated with referral partners.

Not a Treatment Facility
Elohim Housing Solutions is a peer-supported recovery residence and does not provide clinical treatment, medical services, therapy, or counseling. Residents are responsible for obtaining their own medical or clinical care through external providers when needed.
